Rates
The Boathouse rents for $1200 per week in the months of June, July and
August. We have a three night minimum and a $205 per night rate for stays
less than a week. These rates apply if any night of your stay falls in
one of these months.
Otherwise, during
the months of May and September the rate is $1000 per week, or $185 per
night with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM Saturday
Checkout is 11:00 AM Saturday.
Although we generally rent from Saturday to Saturday other arrrangements
or shorter periods are often possible.
There is an additional $20 fee per night for each guest over 6.
No Smoking
Pets are allowed with refundable deposit
$500 (per week) holds your reservation, with the full amount due 2 weeks
prior to check-in. We do not take credit cards. There will be a $50 fee
for any cancellations within 60 days of check-in. If you must cancel,
we will refund your deposit only if we are able to re-book.
Availability
The Boathouse
is normally available May through September. Ask about special arrangements
for other times.
